Is my home suitable?

______________________

Most homes can accommodate the space required for a massage table - a massage table is approximately 1 metre x 2 metres and requires enough working space around it for me to move without compromising my posture. A living room, kitchen or larger bedroom usually has enough space.

How should I prepare my space?

______________________

I require a minimum space of 160cm x 280cm/6.5ft x 9ft to set up my table and work around it safely.

In colder months, I highly recommend pre-heating your room to keep you nice and cosy. You may also like to keep an extra blanket handy for an extra layer of warmth.

To make the most of your treatment time, please be ready for your my arrival. Plan ahead by moving furniture, showering, and completing any necessary tasks, so you don't miss a minute of your blissful massage. I aim to provide you with the full duration of your treatment, so being ready ensures you get the most out of your relaxing experience.

Although I bring everything required, feel free to add any extra touches, like: incense, essential oil diffuser, candles. Likewise, feel free to play your own music should there be something you particularly like to relax to.

How should I prepare personally?

______________________

To ensure the utmost comfort and tranquillity during your massage, I recommend:

  • selecting a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed, allowing you to fully switch-off.

  • showering, finishing any tasks, emails, childcare etc. before your my arrival, so that you don't miss out on any of your precious treatment time.

  • turn your phone on silent, if possible.

  • slip on a bathrobe over your pants, so that it's easy for you to wrap up warm after your massage treatment.

I will bring everything needed* including the massage table, towels, music and oils, but if you'd like to play your own music or use any of your own supplies, I'd be happy to accommodate your needs.

Parking and access

___________________

I may not be able to provide services to buildings that have multiple flights of stairs, steep steps, small rooms or lack of parking.

Parking is essential. Please ensure you have somewhere close by if you don't have a private drive or parking space. This is required for safe loading and unloading of equipment. If parking charges apply, these must be reimbursed to me on my arrival.

Can you visit my hotel room

______________________

Yes I can. Although some hotel rooms are quite small and would not fit our massage tables in. I advise getting in touch with a photo of the room if you're not sure or putting me in touch with the hotel concierge to discuss options. I also advise checking with the hotel that they are happy for me to provide services there. Please be aware that some locations are not suitable if there's not nearby parking or if there are steep narrow stairs (as with some old Cotswold character properties)

Who can have massage?

______________________

Massage is generally safe and suitable for all ages, genders and body types, although the safe weight-load for my table ranges between 18-35 stone. Under 16s will need to have parental consent and a parent or guardian present during their treatment. If you're seeking treatment for a particular ailment or injury then I’d be happy to answer your questions via the Contact tab at the top of the page or give me a call.

Can I remove my underwear for the massage?

______________________

No. As part of my safety measures and hygiene protocols, you will need to keep your underwear on, accept for bras, which I recommend are removed for massage.
