  • Cancellation Policy

    I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as short-notice changes can lead to a loss of income.

    Cancellations or changes within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.


    Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.

  • Making Payment

    When booking online, you can use my secure and straightforward payment system, where the full treatment fee is required to complete your booking. Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Parking and Access

    Please make sure your property is suitable for a mobile massage, as my equipment is heavy and requires safe, easy access.

    • Adequate parking must be available, either on a private driveway/allocated space or on a nearby road.


    • I’m unable to provide services if the equipment needs to be carried across a main road or from a distance of more than 100 yards.


    • If your property has multiple steps, steep access, or similar obstacles, you may be asked to assist.

    Any parking fees must be covered by you and reimbursed to me at the time of the appointment.

  • Weight Restrictions

    For client safety and comfort, my massage table has a safe working load of 18 - 35 stone. Please ensure this is suitable for you before booking. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch.

  • Discount Coupons

    Coupons must be applied at the time of booking to receive the discount. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, so be sure to enter the code before completing checkout. If you need help, I’m happy to guide you over the phone while you make your booking.

  • Gift Vouchers

    Enter your unique voucher code in the discount code section during the booking process. Each voucher is valid only within the dates specified on it, and any attempts to use it outside of these dates will not be accepted. Please also ensure that the person receiving the treatment has appropriate access to their home and enough space to accommodate a massage table.

  • Inappropriate Behaviour

    Natasha’s Holistic Therapies operates a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour. I reserve the right to end a treatment immediately, without refund, if a client displays behaviour including, but not limited to, intimidation, verbal abuse, physical aggression, signs of intoxication, or any form of sexual conduct.
